Whoa, who's overreacting now? Taylor Lautner recently filed a lawsuit against McMahon's RV for failing to deliver his custom trailer on time and as specified, but in a curious move the owner of the dealership responded by challenging the Twilight star to a push-up contest in order to settle the claim.

According to the Associated Press, Brent McMahon and his lawyers denied the breach of contract and said they would "vigorously defend" the case in court if Taylor doesn't accept the challenge. Long story short, Taylor's camp is not having it.

Whoa, is Taylor Lautner having a diva moment? According to New York magazine, the Twilight star has filed a lawsuit against a California RV dealership for failing to deliver his custom trailer on time.

Taylor's lawsuit claims that McMahon's RV in Irvine, Calif. missed a June deadline to deliver a $300,000 customized 2006 Affinity Country Coach RV for his use during the filming of Abduction, which is on location in Pittsburgh. Oh, but it doesn't end there.

According to court documents, the 18-year-old is also claiming he suffered from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" not only because the RV wasn't delivered on time, but because it wasn't "tricked out" the way he wanted it to be. Taylor is claiming breach of contract and fraud, and looking for unspecified damages in the case.

It's not clear whether Taylor tried to reason with the dealership before suing it, but we're guessing he tried everything in his power to resolve the issue before taking legal action. Still, Taylor's claim of "emotional distress" seems kind of inflated.

"Turmoil Over Taylor" was the name of a news story that aired on a Pittsburgh local station earlier this month. Taylor Lautner (pictured on the left at a Pittsburgh Steelers game on Saturday) was in town to film Abduction, so did his perfect abs cause teen girls to throw hysterical, uncontrollable fits? Nope. The "turmoil" refers to adults who are acting like kids.

Township supervisor Tom DeRosa snapped a picture of Taylor for his teenage daughter and was reportedly scolded by Taylor's dad for doing so. Tom claims Mr. Lautner told him to leave and says, "I'm in the township that I basically oversee, they're strangers from California, interrupt our traffic, interrupt our people, were rude as you could get, and they tell me to leave."

In retaliation, Tom threatened to tow the film crew's vehicles unless they paid a $500 fee and supposedly ordered police officers to use their cars to block the crew in. Not everyone on the force obeyed, so the township supervisor used cars from his own dealership to create the barrier.

He's got the looks, the physique and the martial arts moves that make him a perfect action-movie star, so it's no wonder why 20th Century Fox wants Taylor Lautner to star in X-Men: First Class.

According to Showbiz411, the studio has been eying the Eclipse star, and has even gone as far as to check his availability before before offering him a role. If he signs on, the 18-year-old actor will join James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender who will play Professor X and Magneto in the film, which focuses on the early years of the mutants.

X-Men: First class is expected to begin filming this summer, aiming to be released on June 3, 2011. However, Taylor has quite the busy schedule -- he's currently filming the action thriller Abduction, and will begin production on Breaking Dawn this October.

It would be amazing if he could be involved in the new X-Men movie, but it looks like it'll be hard to squeeze it in before the next Twilight film. What do you think? Would Taylor be a good addition to the X-Men: First Class cast?

The star power will then bounce over to Jacksonville and Toronto for Independence Day.

When asked about his guilty pleasures, Taylor Lautner recently admitted his obsession with American Idol.

"I haven't missed an episode of Idol in eight, nine years. I can't believe I just said that."

Katie Stevens, who placed eighth in this year's competition, is probably overjoyed to know that Taylor heard her impressive vocal range. The 17-year-old Connecticut native has a special message for the Eclipse star:

"Taylor Lautner, if you want to call me at any point or time in the day, I would love to go out with you."

Could these two be on the verge of making sweet music together? No way. "I can't sing," Taylor confesses. "That's the funny thing. Maybe that's why I love watching it so much is because I know there's no way I could do that!"
