Although her pal Miley Cyrus went for an edgier look and sound on her third studio album, Demi Lovato won't be doing the same for hers. In fact, the 17-year-old is sticking to what she knows, only with a little more maturity.

"I don't think it's going to change my image, not drastically," she said about her new record. "It's going to be what you're seeing of me right now. It's going to be very Demi."

The Camp Rock 2 star is pretty tight-lipped about her next album, but she did say this: "It's more mature. It's definitely grown up, but in a classy way."

We wouldn't expect anything less, Demi! We don't know when we'll hear new music from the singer/actress, but one thing's for sure -- she's keeping super busy promoting the Shop Til Your Rock tour and getting ready to hit the road with the Jonas Brothers on August 7. Do you love Demi Lovato's style in her hit TV series Sonny With a Chance? Well now you can get Sonny's look with a new line called the 'D-Signed' collection, which will be available at Target stores on August 1.

Although Demi didn't design the line herself, she does appear in a promo video for the collection where she talks about her own personal style. "I like mixing and matching things," she says. "Just colors -- I really like mixing colors. You know, they say always say don't wear black and brown together, but I'll totally do that."

The video then goes into Demi's performance of 'Me, Myself and Time,' which is mixed with clips of teen and tween fashionistas rocking clothes and accessories from the Sonny Munroe 'D-Signed' line. Inspired by the style of the show's main character, the collection includes graphic tees, skirts, dresses, pants, shorts, jackets, headbands, necklaces and bags.

The 17-year-old was spotted hanging out with We the Kings band member Travis Clark. And by "hanging out," we mean major PDA and making out.

We're glad to see Demi's bouncing back from the failed Jemi, but really, another musician? It's time for this Texas girl to break out of her dating comfort zone. Just take a look at her love record:

First, there was Miley Cyrus' older bro Trace, who was a member of Metro Station. The two exchanged ultra-mushy tweets, but in the end Trace said, "She is a lot younger than me. When someone is that much younger, you're looking for different things in relationships. Maybe when she's older and we've both matured, we'll be looking for the same thing and it can work out." Ouch.

More recently, Demi went from friends to dating and back to friends again with Joe Jonas. During their happier times together, they couldn't stop gushing about their love.

The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato will be performing at Arthur Ashe Kids' Day on August 28 along with Allstar Weekend, School Gyrls and Alexis Jordan. This is the third time the Jo Bros have appeared at the annual pre-U.S. Open event in Flushing, N.Y., which is designed to pair the best in tennis with some of the hottest stars in music.

Cambio correspondent Quddus will be hosting the festival along with Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon, so we're guessing that there will be plenty of must-see event footage on the Cambio site that week. And, after interviewing Allstar Weekend and hanging out with the School Gyrls, we're psyched that they're part of all the action, too.

Awkward alert: Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato are on the cover of the August issue of Teen Vogue, which was shot just two days before the power couple broke up last month. The magazine is set to hit newsstands everywhere on July 6.

Demi tells the mag that she always had a thing for Joe, and finally mustered up the courage to tell him one day. "Want to know what actually happened?" she says. "One night I asked him, 'What is the deal? We're perfect for each other. What are you doing?' And he was like, 'This is really awkward. I have to go.'"

Joe says he needed time to think, but Demi started to worry. "And I thought, great, I just ruined a friendship. But then the next day, he came knocking at my door."

What did Joe have to say about it all? "Once she confronted me, I kind of confronted myself," he says. Unfortunately, the romantic relationship didn't last long. Jemi parted ways in May, but both stars said they would remain friends.

Demi Lovato has taken her hair up a notch. The 17-year-old singer recently got a full set of highlights for the summer, and unveiled her new lighter look via Twitter on Sunday.

The Disney star went in for her initial appointment over the weekend, but after sleeping on it, she decided to go back to the salon to go even lighter. "Fixed some highlights + added more :D I'll add pics soon!" she tweeted. "I have blonde in my hair!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!"

Demi is currently gearing up for her Camp Rock 2 tour and the Shop Til You Rock campaign, all while getting over her breakup with Joe Jonas. Could this new look be a way for her to get over her heartache? Either way, she's totally into her new 'do.
