Celebs Express Sympathy Over Haiti Earthquake Through Twitter
In the wake of the 7.0 earthquake that hit Haiti on Tuesday, celebs are sending their sympathy to those affected by the natural disaster. According to CNN, the quake caused over 100,000 Haitian deaths and wiped out many of the country's hospitals. "Hey guys! Pray for everyone in Haiti they were hit by a huge earthquake today," Keke Palmer tweeted on Tuesday. "I send all my love and prayers."
Chelsea Hobbs reached out as well, tweeting, "My thoughts are with all of those in Haiti, and anyone who has a loved one there."
Miranda Cosgrove, Cory Monteith and Cassie Scerbo also took to Twitter, writing messages about their support of the relief effort, while Selena Gomez, an ambassador for UNICEF, used her Facebook page to encourage fans to "help the people who have been effected by the massive earthquake in Haiti."
