Hoping to raise awareness about breast cancer the same way, a group of California students began wearing bracelets that say "I Love Boobies" - similar to Lance Armstrong's Livestrong bracelets that benefit cancer research.

Even though these accessories promote an important cause, school officials in the Clovis Unified district say no-way to wearing them during class time. The reason? Their dress code contains a clause that states "any jewelry that contains any sexually suggestive language or picture" is not allowed.

The American Cancer Society supports the students.

 

Justin Bieber better watch his back. Christofer Drew, aka Never Shout Never, is currently holing up in the same hotel as the 16-year-old pop star, however, the Missouri native doesn't seem to be a fan.

"Stayin' at the same hotel as the biebs," Christofer tweeted on Thursday. "I'm gunna kick his a**." Whoa! We're not sure if Christofer is kidding or not -- he hasn't written anything else about Justin -- but if he's serious, he may have just instigated a battle between Never Shout Never fans and true Beliebers.

 

Breaking Dawn screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg has been pretty vocal about the birth scene in the final installment of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, and now she's saying that it will be just as powerful on the big screen as it is on the page.

"We're working on it," she told E! Online about scene in which Bella gives birth to Renesmee. "And we're working on it to be as intense as it is in the book."

 

Did you catch the Make It or Break It mid-season finale? Cassie Scerbo, who plays the always conniving Lauren Tanner, was watching from her California condo and tweeted with us during the show.

We won't spill details about the finale in case it's recorded on your DVR, but Lauren was involved in a super-emotional scene and we think Cassie deserves an Emmy - or at least a Teen Choice Award - for her performance.

"Filming that intense scene was VERY emotional 4 me, @codylongo was off shooting @Not_Today_Movie & my fam was on the E coast," Cassie tweeted to us. "I listened to "lift me up" by Christina Aguilera and for about a wk prior, I was anxious and depressed, I like to truly feel what my character goes through. It was rough on me, but felt so good 2 let go of everything & just b in that moment."

Cassie won't be missing her boyfriend Cody Longo for much longer. Cody's been shooting Not Today, but tweet-a-holic Cassie announced on her Twitter page that she'll be playing his on-screen girlfriend in the movie. Art imitating life much?

 

The cast of Pretty Little Liars said buh-bye to their summer vacation this week. Filming for the second half of their season started on Sept. 1, and Lucy Hale was so pumped that she couldn't stop posting behind-the-scenes photos on Twitter.

Troian Bellisario probably took a page out of Lucy's book and also couldn't wait to jump back into her work routine. How come she was so eager to start reading scripts and memorizing overachiever Spencer's lines again? Because her break from the show left her with nothing to do. (So not Spencer like at all!)

"Is it weird to do a yoga class AND a jazz class in the same day? Cause I'm going to. No I'm not bored at all," Troian tweeted on Aug. 10.

Once Shay Mitchell fell back into the swing of things on set, she teased fans of the show by leaking, "Big scenes tomorrow... you guys are going to love this episode! Night night, sleep tight." Don't leave us hanging like that!

 

In a new video teasing Glee's second season premiere, we learn that Nationals will be held in New York City this year. As a nod to the city that never sleeps, the next musical number we see McKinley perform on September 21 will be Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' "Empire State of Mind."

In the episode called "Audition," Mr. Schue rallies New Directions out of their we-didn't-place-at-Regionals slump by saying, "They say we only sing show tunes and '80s pop. Let's show them how down we are."

Of course, you can count on Sue Sylvester's Emmy winning attitude to be glee club's biggest "downer."

"Not everyone can be a champion," she says to Will. "We need fry cooks and bus drivers." LOL, Sue. LOL.

We know Finnchel will be grossly inseparable this season, but it looks like their first relationship bump will happen when Rachel overhears her guy tell Quinn, "I'd be lying if I said I didn't have feeling for you." Seriously, look around next time before you drop emotional bombs like that, Finn!
