Lauren Conrad Asks Fans to Help Style Her Upcoming 'got milk' Ad
Lauren Conrad has been tapped to star in the latest "got milk?" ad campaign, but she needs your help. For the first time ever, fans of the designer/author will get to weigh in on what she should wear in the upcoming milk mustache ad, and choose the winning look for the final shoot. There will be two styles to choose from -- the cool and casual "California Girl" look or the fun and flirty "Night Out." Lauren will wear the outfits chosen along with the campaign's signature milk mustache.
"I attend lots of high-profile events, so it's important to me to always look and feel my best," Lauren says, reminding teens of the health benefits of milk. "I know it's about making good choices regularly, like eating a well-balanced diet and drinking plenty of milk. Milk's nine essential nutrients are my beauty secret for healthy, glowing skin and strong teeth, hair and nails."
Lauren's campaign will also work in partnership with DonateMyDress.org, donating one dollar to the organization for every vote cast. The money will help fund local dress drives across the U.S. so that every girl can have their dream prom night. Voters will also have a chance to win fashion and beauty prizes from Lauren's ad shoot, and one lucky winner will score a professional style session, and get to stand with Lauren when she reveals the winning ad.

Yeah... Who's Lauren Conrad? Am I supposed to have heard of her?

Okay, I am tired of all the 'Got milk?' campaigns. Sure, we drink milk for the calcium so we can grow strong bones. But do we know that there is much more calcium in vegetables? And milk has hormones in it that makes breast cancer grow and puberty hit earlier. And the dairy industry is trying to cover all this up and make us think that milk is good for us. And they're using celebrities to make sure us want to drink milk like them.
