'Avatar' Gains Celebrity Fans

Avatar scored the No. 1 spot at the box office this weekend, raking in $77.3 million, and we know at least three celebrities who are big fans of the live-action and computer-generated film.

In our exclusive interview with Lucas Till, the 19-year-old called Avatar a modern day version of Pocahontas, but with "James Cameron's brilliant sci-fi twist on it all."

Over the weekend, Miranda Cosgrove hit the theaters to check out the blockbuster, tweeting, "Just went to see Avatar in 3D. It was amazing!"

Glee star Kevin McHale also showed his support of the 3-D movie on Twitter, writing, "Who's as excited as me to see Avatar?!"

biggest December opening of all time, besting 'I Am Legend's' $77.2 million opening in 2007.
