Happy Birthday Miley?

Miley Cyrus turns 17 today...we think. But without a 'OMG, it's MY BIRTHDAY' tweet from Miley, we're not really sure.

Kidding...happy birthday Miles!

If she hadn't deleted her Twitter, we'd probably know how she was celebrating and what celebs like Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas were saying to her on her big day.

But since Miley twitters no more, all we really know is that she's probably on the road right now traveling to the next stop on her tour, Charlotte, NC.

And you also can't send her a birthday tweet. So unless you already have a card in the mail, we recommend leaving a 'Happy Birthday' comment in the comments below.
