Taylor Swift Visits Notre Dame

Taylor Swift has taken over the music world, but she still puts her family first. On Tuesday, the 19-year-old singer tweeted, "Looking at colleges with my brother," and now the South Bend Tribune is reporting that Taylor visited the University of Notre Dame with her family!

No, Taylor isn't planning on going back to school, but her bro, a senior in high school, is looking at colleges. "She asked me to put in a good word for her little brother," Allan Joseph, a University Admissions Office worker, said.

According to Notre Dame spokesman Dennis Brown, 75 to 100 students rushed up to Taylor behind the school's main building. "A number of students said 'hi' and chatted with her," he said.

Joseph, an admitted fan of the star added, "I've always had an impression of her as being very down-to-earth and nice and approachable, and that's exactly what she was ... though she's a little taller than I realized."
