Remember Allison Iraheta? Of course you do. She was the feisty red-haired rocker girl who placed fourth on American Idol last season. She was also the youngest contestant ever to earn a spot in the top 12.
Allison had a huge fan base while she was on the show - Miley Cyrus was even a fan! And now Allison is hoping the fans are still there because the 17-year old has an album coming out!
Her first single is called 'Friday I'll Be Over U' and JSYK is happy to premiere it today.
Sure, the Kelly Clarkson comparisons are inevitable (the song's producer has even worked with Kelly in the past), but Allison definitely has her own thing going on. We really like it.

"It's a song everyone can relate to. It's a pretty simple song. It ain't too hard to understand. I think people will really just be like 'Yeah!'... hopefully," Allison told PopEater.

I think it is awsome! Good job to Allison. I just can't wait to here her new album coming out in December! Pretty good single for a 17 year old. In fact, in that song she sounded like a perfessional at singing, like she had been doing it for years!
